- Led a seven-person team and owned budgets, vendors, and event logistics.
Result
- Chapter named Chapter of the Yearat Alpha Epsilon Pi’s international convention, the top honor across the organization. I accepted the award on the chapter’s behalf.

Chief Health, Safety & Compliance Officer · Dec 2023 – Dec 2024
What it was
I owned health, safety, and compliance for a chapter of 160+ members, keeping the house inside legal standards and university requirements.
What I built
- Built risk-mitigation and emergency-preparedness systems from scratch, where none existed before.
- Brought First Aid, CPR, and BLS certification into the house through outside training organizations.
- Standardized safety protocols, incident-response procedures, and event-compliance checklists.
